What we commit to on scheduling, refunds, pets, damage, supplies, and tipping. If something's missing here, just ask.

Cancel or reschedule with 24 hours' notice at no charge. With less than 24 hours' notice a 50% fee applies, since the team has already been scheduled and blocked for your visit.
If you're not satisfied with the result, let us know within 24 hours and we'll return to fix any missed areas at no additional charge.
We love animals! Please let us know if you have pets so we can take the right precautions. We ask that pets be secured in a room or crate during the service.
We are fully insured. In the rare event of accidental damage, we will notify you immediately and work toward a fair resolution.
We bring all supplies and equipment needed. If you prefer we use specific products in your home, let us know in advance and we'll accommodate where possible.
Tips are never expected but always appreciated. 100% go directly to the team member who served you.
